UNTIL DELIVERY

Due to our ultramodern stock and logistics centre as well as an optimised process flow, it is possible to deliver LAWTON products quickly to our customers all over the world.

• Final Inspection - Prior to delivery all products are subject to a comprehensive final inspection according to the most up-to-date techniques
• Marking - All LAWTON instruments are standardly marked by a modern Trumpf Laser with the LAWTON Logo, article number, European CE mark and batch number.
• Traceability - On request the instruments can be marked with a Data Matrix-Code for explicit identification (serial number), so that every instrument is a traced individually.
• Passivation - After marking all LAWTON instruments pass through an optimised, fully automatic cleaning and passivation process. This guarantees a significantly improved protection against corrosion as well as extended durability.
• Stock Lift System - The product range contains more than 17,000 different products. The most common instruments are available ex stock and, assisted by our fully automatic lift system, we are able to instantly react to our customers’ demands.
• Picking - The instruments are taken out of stock via a wireless PDS that scans the barcode and that is connected to the modern merchandise managing system.
